Regret buying Dell Laptop

<p>I bought a Dell 5548 i7 laptop with a 3 year next business day warranty.</p> <p>10 months later, this laptop has had problems with the wifi - i complained and a replacement part was sent and installed.</p> <p>BUT, thereafter, i have had the same and more repeated problems with the wifi and now bluetooth.</p> <p>i reported this through more than 5 calls to the call centre but still have not had any response.</p> <p>This is my 2nd Dell and i will never do it again.</p> <p>I wish that there was an actual complaints department within Dell if they even cared about customer service.</p>
