POOR SERVICE FROM DELL!!

I've logged 2 out of warranty calls and sent the proof of payment on 1 April. DELL has NOT been here yet.......................everyday I get an e-mail they will come - but am still waiting...............THE DELL SERVICE IS DETERIORATING!!!!!!!!!!!! Reference numbers ***6 and ***1.
