Persistant Alienware hardware Failures on a brand new machine

<p>I bought a new Alienware 17 R3 laptop (pretty high spec) in November last year. In the space of 7 months I have had 4 significant hardware failures 1) Solid state HDD 2) Motherboard and keyboard 3) Motherboard 4) Motherboard. This happens approximately every 6 weeks and dell will only keep sending a technician to replace hardware and things just keep going wrong!! I have requested a replacement after the last 2 harware failures and nothing has been done. I have yet to hear back from dell after the last issue was reported on whether or not they will replace my laptop but even then the support assistant simply wanted to send out another technician. Furthermore I was told by the last technician that replacement parts are all refurbished components so every time my laptop has been 'repaired' it has been 'repaired' with potentially faulty parts. I dont understand why a brand new latptop costing nearly R60 000 after shipping should have so many hardware failures in such a short amount of time</p>
