I am extremely disappointed in the service received from Dell. The earphone jack on my laptop has never worked, I have had Dell technicians out twice, and twice they have opened my laptop and replaced the motherboard and still the earphone jack does not work.

Furthermore there are visible damages to the laptop from where your technicians have opened the laptop each time, the 2nd technician that came out did not even bother himself in putting the laptop back together properly as I had to clip it in myself. The *********** staff you keep sending out dont even allow time for me to test the device before leaving ,regardless I am working and do not expect to have to micro manage/watch your staff when they are called out.

At this point I need either Dell or Incredible connection , to replace this laptop or return my money and I will gladly look for a different supplier, who will provided me with better service than either of you seem to be capable of, as I cannot keep experiencing endless problems with a brand new unit and that is not cheap either.
