ONCE AGAIN POOR SERVICE!!!

Service Request Number # *** - A Week now and no-one has been here to fix the Notebook! Breaching of contract! Recently had a problem with service as well...!!!!!!<br> <br> WHY MUST ONE FIGHT TO GET REACTION/SERVICE???
