Nonexistent Warranty Repair for Dell laptop

Terrible service in terms of a ProSupport warranty that expires in September 2025! Need a mouse pad replaced; service logged on 25 January 2024, to date nothing. NOTHING. Plenty of postponements, wrong parts ordered but as yet no repair. The Dell warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Never buy Dell again.
