More issues than anything else

Exactly a month after I bought the Dell laptop it crashed and had to be refreshed. Meaning I lost all my work, only because it comes with the free McAfee and when I tried to install a LICENSED antivirus The computer crashed. So I needed to carry on with life and work so I deleted the LICENSED antivirus and been working with the free McAfee subscription which is supposed to be for a year but guess what that expired in a week. Then yesterday I used a plug and play extended desktop screen and then the laptop crashed again. It goes into a temporary profile and will not log in to my administrator profile. So whatever I do on the laptop does not save and all my files are somewhere on the hard drive. I have only had problems with this laptop since I bought it and will gladly throw it in the trash and rather buy a computer from a supplier that actually has quality and customer support and doesnt load faulty software for free.
