Makro / Dell Pathetic service

Hi, I bought a Dell i7 from Makro 5 March 2020 R9999.00, The Bluetooth disconnected 5 times, for 3-4 days each time. NO SUPPORT, Makro is playing and dont want to honor the warranty, or fix the problem. They refer me to Dell support via email, NO RESPONSES from Dell.
