Hi Dell,

Please contact me regarding this service request : ********** 02. It has been escalated to my company's Dell account manager last week, but other that numerous Dell representatives asking me if I still have the problem since you wiped my machine without my consent, there has been no feedback regarding whether you are actually doing anything or not.

All the Latitude 5580 laptops I have tested with have an issue where the keyboard can't keep up with fast typing. This means that I have to recheck everything I type as there are frequently missing letters or numbers. It is reproducible. It is not my copy of Windows. You have swapped out all my components. This does not affect your 5570 laptops.
