Laptop fixed

I had issues with my laptop not charging and I started to chat with a virtual assistant, We tried all ways to solve it but it did not work. They shortly arranged for an agent to come to fix it, parts were ordered within a day and the next day the laptop was fixed. I am so impressed and the warranty helped a lot.
