Is Dell South Africa still in business???

I want to buy a Dell monitor. I have requested, via their website, for somebody to contact me. I actually just wanted to place the order but the website does not allow for it - somebody has to phone you first. I did this more than a week ago. Is somebody EVER going to phone me??????
