Incompatible Hardware

In 2014 I bought an Alienware X51 R2 and 10 months later I started having issues and it became more frequent. Issues was randomly the video feed would freeze, monitor enters power saving mode, keyboard unresponsive and looping sound. Long story short, I got it fixed this week. My graphics card was burnt because the prebuilt mass produced desktop's hardware is incompatible. The desktop came with a Nvidia GTX 660 graphics card and a 330w PSU. BUT the 660 needs a minimum of 450w which means the power supply wasn't enough for the graphics card. How can a company sell a product with incompatible hardware? I am disappointed and will definitely never buy a Dell product again. So, future/ present Alienware fans - do NOT buy an Alienware X51 R2.
