Impossible to source products

<p>I have spent the last week trying to source a Dell Laptop. I had a similar experience a few years ago and eventually bought a competing laptop. In trying to source the laptop, the Dell Chat was useless as the agent could not point me to a reseller in SA. The link on the dell.co.za site results in a security issue on the browser. Calling the 0860 number displayed on the Dell website was just as painful. If I wasn't frustrated I would have laughed as even the these guys could not point me to a retailer. The one retailer that I managed to locate wanted me to buy 10 laptops. It seems that Dell might only be interested in corporate sales and nothing else. I can only wonder why they advertise home products as they do not seem to be interested in selling to us. </p> <p>Very frustrated prospective buyer.</p>
