******* and shoddy service

We have just bought a computer from you (Dell xps) in late December. WIthin six months it would not boot up and did not start. Their technician came in and replaced the motherboard. Same problem after this. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act within the first six months you are entitled to a new machine or repair. The option to repair has been given and it still does not work. Spoke to the help line and told them now we wanted a new machine and was told that they have to replace a few more parts before they consider a replacement!!!!!!!! This is not acceptable as it is not within the laws of South Africa. This supposed premium product is less than six months old. I am not awaiting a call to say why I am not entitled to a replacement in line with the law of South Africa. Not good enough.
