I will never recommend Dell or Buy it ever again.

i have a machine that is 5 years old and it has been giving issues about a hard drive cable, now because its out of warranty they telling me to buy parts from a street vendor because they don't manufacture does parts anymore. <br> <br> I called support this morning with the reference number *** and i was told to buy parts from the street vendor, i asked the guy to refer me to a vendor, but unfortunately he doesn't even know one vendor... so my question is what must i do with this machine? because its still in good condition.<br> <br> that call center agent told me that my machine is very old for repairs. i was also holding for a very long time for him to talk to someone and what i am get is \'that machine is very old we don't have parts. <br> <br> i will never ever buy any Dell machine because once it goes out of warranty you must give it to pick-it-up.<br> I regret recommending Dell server and storage to my company because this will happen when this machines goes out of warranty. i think we need to reconsider this useless brand and its support. "
