Hello? anyone there?

Its super difficult to get ahold of them and when you get through, they make you do the troubleshooting. My devices are still under warrenty and I have extended plans on them but nooooo. They want videos of how I do the troubleshooting for the,. I paid for the onsite warrenty but I didnt know I was going to be the "on-site" part. They wanted me to take 2 of my devices and swap parts between them to make the one work but why???? then I'm still short n device????
