Good but not crazy reliable

I've had serious mixed emotions with Dell... I loved my alienware so much but it died two days after warranty expired and the exact same thing happened to the xps machine. When they work they are beautiful computers to work with and if you chose to pick one up, I highly recommend you purchase the extended warranty. #blackfriday
