Faulty Software

I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 i7 3000 series a month ago. Today it simply froze and I've been staring at a blank screen for 6 hours. It eventually switched on after a refresh. I had to reinstall my software and here I am again with a 1 month old \new"fast computer that freezes"
