Excellent warranty servuce

I must say that Dell service is excellent. Really really good. I bought 3 Dell Laptops and 1 of them had a problem with the mic. They sorted it out with new parts and they kept me in the loop all the way as to where parts are, when they coming and so on. Its really refreshing to have a company with such good service. I'll buy Dell again and again!
