Don't buy from Dell.

Evetech and Dell have been the most useless customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a Dell Inspiron G15 5515 RTX 3060 Gaming Laptop With 32GB RAM & 1TB SSD. At 7 months I started experiencing issues had such terrible assistance and was told to 'monitor the system' so they can close the call and feel happy about themselves. Now its been a year and I have a completely unreliable laptop. I've been in consistent comm since July. I paid for the courier. It took a month to get picked up. When it eventually got looked at the SSD was failing. When it was sent back to me they lost the power cable. When the power cable came my way the power cord came my way the kettle cord didn't work. When I could eventually turn it on, Windows hadn't been installed correctly and I couldn't upload any of my programs. Eventually I got it to work, it took a week to start acting up again. I hate it. I regret buying it. Next up is replacing the motherboard. Co-coordinating that meet up is impossible.

I've had to update the BIOS, reload Windows and set up the laptop about 8 times.

Don't buy a laptop from them! If you don't point out the issues before 6 months they will do the very bare minimum to help you till your 3 year warranty is over!

As a working professional that uses this laptop. I've lost time, money, work and its been my expense each time.
