Dont buy Dell

My Dell PC wouldn't start. Helpline advised the memory board needs to be replaced. Had to pay R2670 upfront for delivery thereof and return my memory board. PC still wont start. Called helpline I must now buy a mother board and pay upfront +-R4600 which will take 3 weeks for delivery. They wont credit me for the memory board nor will they return my original non faulty board. Don't buy Dell !!!
