I bought a Dell for for the 3rd time in 5 years. It cost me R17000, and promised to be a product with graphics and speed, and I have to agree it was.
Then it started giving problems, and the fault was mine. A sticky juice fell on the keyboard. The problem came when the technician opened the laptop and found that none of the specs listed on the box, matched anything inside the computer casing.
I bought a Dell because I work on AutoCad and I need the graphics to be good, but I am surprised at the bad quality of the components.
I don't think I will support Dell again. I question their integrity.
