Do not buy a Dell Inspiron 23 computer!

I bought a Dell computer, Inspiron 23, touch screen pc, in mid November last year. Last week, mid February 2015, the LCD screen on the inside cracked, without any form of physical impact. I know, crazy right, well it happened. After many phone calls, pleading them to send a Dell technician or engineer out who could verify that there was no physical impact, they still refused. They simply stated that the warrenty does not cover physical damage, that is it. You get transferred to a call centre in India, adding to the frustration.<br> <br> I paid R18 000 for a computer that is now worthless to me, as the screen is a touchscreen and does not work any more.
