Dissapointed in Dell computers

I bought a new Dell G3 laptop 3 years ago for R24 000, thinking I am buying a decent product. However, after a few months the LCD became faulty. Dell then replaced it on their account. Now, 26 months later, the LCD became faulty again! Their response, "it is out of warranty, so I need to pay for another one". Although I can understand that they can't have a warranty on a product forever, how is it that the LCD became faulty twice in just 3 years' time??? I have owned much cheaper laptops in the past that is still in a perfect working order! I am extremely dissapointed in Dell and will never buy one of their products again
