Disappointed

Not even sure how to even rate them a 1 star. There should be an option to not rate at all. I am so disappointed in the service received from Dell regarding my Dell Vostro that is still under warranty. They replaced my motherboard twice, as my laptop keeps starting and restarting. Surely, this is a manufacturing fault and I should get my money back, or at the very least a replacement. I have reached out to support numerous times and am told that they are escalating the matter, yet nothing has been done about it. This is a laptop I require for work, but they honestly dont care.
