Dell.....the worst!

I had my Dell monitor for a few days and it just went dead. Non existing customer service. This is the worst experience! Dont buy Dell....they wil not help you if you have an issue....and you will never reach them by phone. Voice prompt says.....there is no longer a customer service department. I was transfered to India and then to Ireland because they cant find customer service in South Africa!
