Dells inferior quality laptop

I would just like to make people aware of exactly what you are buying. I purchased a laptop for my son for school in Jan 2021. 6 Months later the laptop wouldn't switch on. They sent over a technician who could not find the fault and landed up replacing all parts. So I basically had Shell with completely replaced inner. A year later and now Im having the same problem. I was also just notified by Dell that the replacement parts they use on all their computers are refurbished and only carries a 90 day warranty. I am so disappointed in your brand. I will make sure that everyone I know never buys one of your products again. I have also notified my staff that no Dell products are to be bought for our offices under any circumstances. Don't be mistaken in thinking you are buying a good quality product. Buy literally anything else.
