DELL WORST COMPUTER AND SERVICE

I would like to add that it is the worst computer on the market. I purchased a XPS 13 Core i7 12th Generation laptop on 29 September 2022 for R42,000.00. This included a 48 hour onsite repair, but this is not the case! On 20 April 2023 when I wanted to switch on the laptop it was completely DEAD. The only number available to call was answered by somebody who can't even speak proper English! The more I told this person the computer is dead, the more she wanted to know what is on the screen!!! They first have to determine the problem before they can send a technicians. How can i tell the if it is completely dead. To cut a long story short, the laptop was returned for a credit, but now they do not have stock!!! I have to do my work without a computer because the computer was discontinued. And I am not expecting a response to this complaint, because they just don't care!!!!
