Dell Vostro 2521 Failed

I purchased a Dell Vostro 2521 from Incredible Connection in July 2014. The laptop worked fine until September 2015 when it just failed, not starting up at all. I returned the laptop to Incredible, and because it was out of warrantee, they could not fix it. I was sent to Pentech Support, who charged me R460 for the inspection. I was told that I will get feedback within 5 days. After continuous follow ups, I was told that Dell SA has not given any feedback regarding the replacement motherboard, as the motherboard had failed.<br> <br> I received feedback one month later, with a quote to repair the laptop of R7600. The laptop cost R6999 when bought new.<br> <br> The Dell product only lasted long enough to outlive its warrantee, and cost more to repair than a new one. Further attempts to reach Dell have been fruitless.
