Dell - the worst customer service.

SHAME ON YOU, DELL!

I ordered a Dell from takealot. The Dell is faulty. I returned it and was advised I have to contact Dell directly. This is an URGENT issue as it hampers my ability to earn a living. Dell has not been reachable and I am considering reporting Dell as *****ing as I have paid for a laptop but it is faulty and I can not return it or get a refund.

DO NOT BUY DELL! WORST SERVICE EVER!
