DELL TECHNOLOGIES FAIOLING TO PAY AGREED REFUND - BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

This company appears to have ****med me out of R4,591.56. They arrived here with a larger hard disk I ordered due to space running out on my existing one which, notwithstanding I paid for it, they then said I could not have it if I did not give them the disk they were replacing. This was not part of what was agreed, I wanted a new disk and had no intention of ever handing over my old disk with all my data on it. They then agreed to leave with their new disk and refund me (this is all in writing of course and I even have a credit note). On 29 June 2022 they said the refund would be processed in 10 days, but it is now 8 August 2022 and nothing. When I send a mail to ask them what is going on they tell me the matter is closed. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Considering they are issuing credit notes and failing to actually pay the refund they could be committing tax crimes as well!!!
