Dell technical support

Does anyone else have the worst experience with Dell Technical support?

I bought a laptop and it is not even 30 days old, wifi adapter can't find the drive, took me the whole day to reset the laptop just to find out that the reset can not reset without the internet. Now I need to re-install Windows and they expect me to install it, not even sending someone to collect the laptop or fix it
