Dell Tablet fails to deliver Microsoft Office

Last Qugust 2014, I made two absolutely stupid choice by upgrading my Blackberry to a Nokia with Windows 8.1 on it and takking a contract for a Dell tablet with the same configuration plus Office 365. First of all the Dell tablet refused to work. For three months I was unabel to use it all as it was going between Vodacom and Dell.

In violation of the Consumer Protection Act, both companies refused to replace it immediately. I was promised a refund of the contact that I was paying for of R1000 by Vodacom in November. This has failed to happen.

In February, I re-activated my Office 365 and flew to Bloemfontein only to find that it still required activation when I arrived. Since then I have repeatedly activated the package . Today I took the tablet to Vodacom Rivonia Village and paid R40 to show the technician that this is my problem. He could not fix it.

So far as I am now concerned - this is *****. I have something that I am paying for which does not and cannot fulfill the function for which it was acquired.
