Dell support line horror

After being attacked by a root kit virus and loosing all my clients data I am faced with the problem of a repair process of windows 8.1 that fails and no disc to re install from. So I call the dell support line where I'm informed they will charge me R500 for a disc to install with as windows 8.1 doesn't come with a cd key sticker. So they agree to send me a good faith disk in 5 to 7 days. After 9 days I phone them where they say no it may take 12 to 15 days now 2 months later still no disk. So I phone again where they say I will receive the quote by end of day guess what no quote. Now a week later and still no quote phone again just to realize they had the address wrong and still expect me to pay to deliver a new disk. Never again will I advice someone to buy a dell
