DELL SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Calling the technical support number doesn't help anymore. I've done many, many times. The automated voice repeats the ESC and asks "is it correct". Does not give option to choose anything, so I answered yes. Then it says goodbye and cuts me off!!!! I've called so many times before, first time I'm experiencing this!!!! Went to DELL online (support) and logged a service request. Then it gave me a number and extension to dial - but then I just hold on and hold on .......and it eventually cuts me off!!!!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
