Dell, sluggigsh and spareless, no service.

I have a Del Precision 5550 that I use for work. It has a special power supply in the sense that is high wattage, i.e. 130W. I stopped working being 14 months old. So I could not work! Best is they say they can replace it, but they don't have stock and it will take 6 weeks! After honing around for half a morning I did find one for R2250, and it took three days to get it. You buy a R60k laptop, and you would think you will get better service?
