Dell service of no help

The only reason I'm writing this review is to warn consumers not to go near these laptops. I know that Dell doesn't respond and I have a good idea why... It's because they're service is SHOCKING. Great when they work, good luck to you to get service from these clowns when something goes wrong. They have a lovely (I'm sure very expensive) voice activated phone system, which has no idea what you are saying, and will simply hang up on you. It's beyond frustrating. I enjoy Dell's hardware, but their service is beyond shocking.
