Dell SA has shut down?

I own a Dell 15 3000 laptop and need to replace the battery. I went to their site and ended up chatting to someone in the USA. When it came to product, he directed to the SA site. I have tried for several hours to get onto their site...it comes up blank when I fill in my details. On the USA site a "Live Chat" function came. I could not access this on the SA site. I am wondering if Dell SA has shut down...there aren't any local contact numbers. Can anyone assist me to find a battery for the series Dell Inspiron 15 3000.
