Dell Premier

I order a rather expesive monitor from the Dell Premier site. I register put in my details and ordered. The only thing was that it did not allow me to change my billing address but it was pre selected to a guy called Martin. I should have stopped there but did not. After a few days my credit card git charged and I also received an invoice addressed to Martin with the promise that my product will be arriving on the 28 March 2015. Seriously three months. Apparently it arriving via a Camel trian from Egypt. I then tried to email my account manager that was indicated on the invoice. I tried to phone him on his 4 digit extention but the telephone system demanded a six digit one. After I used up my airtime being passed from one uninformed dell employee to the next I gave up. I would like to cancel my order seeing that the tech will be obsolete by the time it arrives. I phoned Martin and apparently he gets alot of calls seeing that he represents all of South Africa as the billing address for Dell.
