Dell Philippines has great customer service

Dear Dell Computers

This is to show appreciation to one of your service agent based in Philippines, What a great service the gentle men provided, HUGE customer knowledge John has, Not certain when last i had such great service from Dell, Since we always have to be transfered to bangalore and quite terrible service they provide, I was quite happy after John assisted me with my query, In a polite and professional way. I wish not to be transferred to bangalore, if if you do majority of associate there they not willing to assist, It is terrible. John keep up the great work and it shows you have respect to the Dell Brand, I doubt bangalore has. The push back we call them in South Africa. Not willing to help always looking for an excuse to reject customers request. They should get a trophy for that.

I'm just grateful of the service i received from John.
