Dell Online Support sales team the worst

Dell online South Africa are the worst…. I have bought a laptop and tried buying warranties for it. A precision 3581 Service Tag 8CWWYW3 and it’s been week with no help at all. I needed to buy NBD onsite and Accidental damage and hard drive. But the sales team are very unprofessional they take time on getting back to you and no updates at all. This will be my last buy
