Dell Laptop wifi range and Support are 0 stars

The wifi signal drops at 3 bars and shows no connectivity. I have an Acer and Lenovo which are 5 years older than the Dell Laptop and have no problem connecting from that distance. Dell Support is the worst!!!! Trying to return a brand new laptop that 7 days old yet they won't expedite the process. Stay away from Dell!!!!

I am completely frustated with this laptop. Just after 1 week of buying, this laptop started having issues. Often option to connect to wifi is gone from setting then i have to troubleshoot the issue and restart the laptop only then wifi works again and even after that after few hours of use problem occurs again. Also sometimes the laptop crashes, if i am using chorme or any other app then screen pauses and nothing works for few minutes then i have to close the app and restart it again then it works for some time but happens again. I contacted the dell support team, they were kind and generous but could not fix my problem completely. I have made a complain again hoping my problems will be ressolved. I put more than 55k in this laptop, i had never expected such bad results from dell. I am very angry about it.
