Dell is very BAD news! No support

My Dell desktop crash several times under warranty.it was fix and last 1month.Therefore it is now out of warranty and out of order.They don`t reply to fix it. i`ve purchase it to use as point of sale in shop.Now i must work without pc,no internet to sell airtime etc.
