Dell Inspirion 3543

I bought a Dell Inspirion 3543 at the beginning of this year (2016). The laptop is supposedly hi-spec yet I cannot be sure as it has not functioned fully since a week after I bought it. The laptop frequently disconnects itself from wireless network (A high speed university network which ahs given no problem on any other devices which I or my fellow students have encountered). The laptop also restarts itself at random, bringing up a screen saying,

"Recovery

Windows did not load correctly"

While I must admit, the service which Dell has provided has been wonderful, This need not happen only 11 days after the last hard drive was replaced by Dell, losing me all of my work as the laptop would not boot.

The laptop takes between 1 and 10 minutes to boot up and load my desktop if it gets that far. Sometimes it simply freezes on the desktop leaving me nothing to do. Not even CTRL, Alt, Delete performs a function.

To top it all of, Upon simply opening the laptop, the hinge cracked. Which is ironic as the features list on the Dell website claims "Everything hinges on it: We test Inspiron laptop hinges to ensure they still feel tight, even after opening and closing the lid 20,000 times.".

This is by far the worst piece of technology I have ever owner.

1 star for the product.

Credit on the other hand for brilliant, freindly service.
