Dell Don't Repair Their Own Monitors and Neither Do They Sell Parts TO Repair Them buy Third-party

I bought my Dell U3421WE monitor about a R18,000 on January 12, 2023 from takealot.com and in less than a year I get my screen cracked last weekend 2 September, 2023 and I'm told to throw it away and buy a new monitor because dell do not repair them and there is no replacement panel to buy from Dell or anywhere to even replace it myself, are you guys serious? In this day and age of so much e-waste? I find that very un acceptable. It's just like asking me to buy a new phone after eight months because I cracked my screen, come on Dell you can be better than this. Guys be careful which products you buy cos this is how these giant companies are reaping us off. Seriously that was my very last Dell product I will ever purchase.
