Dell Disaster bought at Incredible Conncetion

Terrible experience!!!! Be careful before buying a dell We bought a dell for one of our personal at Incredible Connection Menlyn Maine We had the laptop for one month and it started giving hardware problems! When we made contact with Incredible Connection they said that we need to speak with the Dell Support team ourselfs! We then contacted Dell support team- what a big mess! They then said a technician would contact us in 2 days to come and have a look at the laptop! This is absurd, there is work that needs to be done! I then contacted the support team again and was on the line for 16 Minutes and no support form them- just a hang up in my ears! Think again before buying a Dell especially from Incredible Connection , because it becomes your problem. Nodbody wants to help you solve the problem.
