Dell customer service sucks!

Dell seriously need to do something about their customer service. First of all they have this ridiculous autobot that answers calls that you have to talk to and it cant repeat numbers and letters correctly. You sit there talking to a voicemail that cannot get you to the next stage. Whoever thought of that idea needs to go back to the drawing board. If it ain't broke dont make a stupid version of it guys. Then we have the customer service. They put me on with some male agent who was just rude. The guy literally talks over you and acts as if hes your father scolding you for coming home at 4am. Not the kind of service I was looking for guy I mean dad. At the end i decided to just leave dell all together I'll go for another laptop just to get real service when I need it. Horrible experience! Dont buy a dell yal...
