Dell cracks laptop screen and blames it on custome

Dell came to my place to fix broken keyboard. When attaching all components he cracked the screen. When he left and I opened my laptop I saw the screen was cracked at the bottom. I then called immediately and reported it. After a lot of backward and forward they basically said that I had broken the screen and that they would not replace it. It was absolute shocking customer service I can't believe this from Dell. I will never buy a del again......think before you buy a dell shocking customer service call their customers a *****
