DELL COMPUTERS SERVICE SUCKS!

I have been waiting for 3 days for someone to send me an ETA from the service centre to have my computer fixed. Warrantee in place and just no ETA available. It’s terrible service and having someone tell you to wait for a response is simply not acceptable.

“I really apologize for the above miscommunication. The parts have been shipped, and the technician has been assigned for the service but unfortunately, the ETA of the service is not yet updated. Once we get an updated status, we will notify you.”

“I request you please wait we will escalate the request and make sure to fix the issue at the earliest.”

Been the same story since Wednesday….really people!
