Dell Computers missing in action!

I saw previous reviews on Dell and thought: Why bother to write something, since everyone seems clear on the question whether Dell is still in business due to no service or bad products. But one sees zillion adverts popping up on various internet platforms. Well, if you try to contact them on-line, there is just no reaction. Once had a call back from someone providing an eMail address which is also not responded to despite numerous eMails to request a certain product. Seems the brand is to be avoided altogether. Caveat emptor!!
